The Guest Room is Finished and so am I.

Well, Just thought I'd check the blog tonight since I haven't posted in weeks (months?) 'cause I'm just too darn tired. I was glad to see that both Suz and Annie have written. Annie hang in there. Friday is just around the corner. I'd be chewing wood by now but the wait is almost over. Let us know the results of your scan. So one of you two should tell us more about where and when you're going to Wyoming. It sounds like it's a wonderful tradition since you all are looking so forward to it.

I'm still transitioning into my new job and it's been HELL the last couple of days. Monday was the first day of Summer Session so it was pretty busy with room change requests, writing up missing contracts, etc. but Tuesday was just one big stresser. When I signed in at 6:30am I had 84 emails (with no spam in that count) and 13 phone calls. Since I can only work in the Summer Session in the mornings, I couldn't seem to keep up so by the time I left at 12:30pm I still had 30 emails but had taken care of all my phone calls. When I finally left work at 4pm, I was so glad I had made an appointment for a massage with my LMT. I was almost crying by the time he had worked out all of the knots in my neck and back. But by the time I was finished I was knot-free and ready to face the world again. This morning was a breeze compared to Tuesday. But what keeps me going is I know that after July I won't have to ever worry about finding rooms for anyone ever again.

Dave and I finally finished renovating our guest room and it looks fabulous. I thought I had some pics to share but they're still on my camera so I'll post them later.

I'm falling asleep so will post again soon.
