Sherry's Almost Here!

Just talked to Sherry this evening and got her new email address. I've sent her an invitation to join the blog, finally and she'll try to get on by Wednesday of this week. She's actually at Amy's taking care of her after a bit of surgery. Sherry says Amy is feeling better already, so get well soon, Amy!

Sherry says that Jason is in Iraq and she's going to get me his email so we can have him join the blog. That will be a great way for him to keep in touch.

Hi again everyone....so where the heck are the Nebraska family members?

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am back contracting with Qwest. The assignment was for 4 months but it looks like we'll be extended. The really nice thing is that I am able to work at home 3 days a week....trust me the commute from Vancouver WA to downtown Portland is ugly. On the days that I work at home, I can get up at 6:15 to start by 7am, rather than 4:30a, big difference. Sean is in Bellingham, WA and has a permanent job, finally. Becca is in Seattle and is going back to school. Dare, my oldest grandson, will be 4 in December and the baby, Patrick was 1 year old on June 29th, so he's about 16 months (and he's learning to walk). If I can figure it out, I'll have to post my most recent picture of them. Hope everyone is doing well and it'd be nice to hear from everyone. Gary, sorry to hear about your job...did you decide to retire, or are you looking for new work?
